Our client, a global leader in the Life Sciences industry, is seeking a Business Product Owner to join their team. As a Business Product Owner, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the CRM CFC engagement platform. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management skills, and hands-on product ownership expertise which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Business Product Owner
**Location:** New York, NY
**Pay Range:** $65/hr. – $75/hr.
**Job Type:** 12 Month Contract
What's the Job?
+ Develop and maintain a long-term CRM platform roadmap that supports business objectives and enhances user experience.
+ Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify enhancement opportunities that drive value.
+ Quantify the business impact of proposed improvements and lead prioritization based on ROI and strategic alignment.
+ Collaborate with UX/design, delivery, and operations teams to guide the conceptualization, planning, development, and deployment of new CRM features.
+ Analyze and report on the business outcomes of product releases, ensuring continuous improvement and performance optimization.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
+ Minimum 6 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or product delivery roles.
+ At least 6 years of experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on CRM/SFA tooling.
+ Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the full product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
+ Proven experience in data-driven decision-making, including the ability to analyze complex datasets to support strategic prioritization.
