Our client, _a global leader in the insurance industry_ , is seeking an **Umbrella Insurance Customer Service Representative** to join their team, **working onsite** , in **Fort Washington, PA** . This is a **6-Month Contract** opportunity, possibility of extension and/or hire on permanently, working within the customer service department supporting clients with their personal lines of insurance needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $27.33/HR + Benefits

**Contract Duration:** 6-Months

Job Function:

+ Assist clients in understanding and selecting umbrella insurance policies tailored to their personal needs.

+ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to umbrella insurance coverage.

+ Educate clients on the importance and benefits of umbrella insurance as an additional layer of protection.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient service delivery.

+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in the system.

Required Qualifications:

+ Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance sector.

+ **_Knowledge of umbrella insurance policies and personal lines of insurance required._**

+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

+ Property and casualty insurance license is preferred but not required.
