Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the internal maintenance department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Troubleshoots, tests, repairs, and maintains all in-house equipment and utility systems.

+ Performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance of all in-house equipment and utility systems.

+ Analyzes and diagnoses technical problems and determines the proper repair solutions.

+ Calibrates and repairs pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic systems.

+ Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures and ensures a safe work environment.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma required; Associate Degree in a technical discipline preferred or comparable military experience.

+ At least two to four years of experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair.

+ Experience calibrating and repairing pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic systems.

+ Valid Michigan Driver’s License with no more than two points on a driving record within the last three years.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
