Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Assembly Tech to join their team. As an Assembly Tech, you will be part of the Assembly Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Assembly Tech

**Location:** Newark, DE

**Pay Range:** $21/hour

Schedule:** Mon- Thurs 7am- 5:30pm **(OT on Fri possible Sat)

What's the Job?

+ Assemble and test products according to specifications and blueprints

+ Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards

+ Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and products

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

What's Needed?

+ No minimum experience required

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Good communication and teamwork skills
