Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Fraud Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Fraud Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Fraud Management department supporting the fight against fraudulent activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent conversational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Fraud Operations Specialist

**Location:** Overland Park, KS (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote after training)

What's the Job?

+ Conduct in-depth analysis and investigations to identify and manage fraudulent activities.

+ Perform customer authentication and compliance checks with fraud policies across all business channels.

+ Analyze relevant data to confirm or clear fraud and validate customer ID authentication.

+ Evaluate fraud trends related to fraudulent orders and identity theft.

+ Participate in the establishment and implementation of policies designed to deter fraudulent usage.

What's Needed?

+ At least 1 year of relevant experience in fraud, customer service, or a call center environment.

+ High School diploma or equivalent.

+ Experience operating a computer in a Windows-based environment.

+ Excellent phone skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer screens while interacting with customers.

+ Strong communication and listening skills.
