    Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Lead Line Packer - 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Lead Line Packer, you will be part of the production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Bilingual Team Lead – Line Packer (3rd Shift)

    **Location:** Shirley, NY

    **Pay Range:** $18.50 - $20.75 per hour

    **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 9:45pm - 6am

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff.

    + Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.

    + Monitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as needed.

    + Train and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processes.

    + Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + **Bilingual in Spanish.**

    + **2+ years of experience as a Production Lead.**

    + **2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.**

    + Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    + Able to work independently and as part of a team.
