Job Summary and Qualifications

Do you like to travel, and work remotely? As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll serve as the vital link between cutting-edge technology and the healthcare professionals who rely on it daily. In this role, you’ll collaborate with corporate, division, and facility teams to ensure smooth rollouts of new systems and tools for physicians and clinicians across the HCA Healthcare enterprise.

This position is ideal for early-career professionals seeking to gain exposure to organizational leaders and key stakeholders. It offers a strong foundation for career growth and advancement within HCA Healthcare.

What you will do in this role:

+ Design and execute scalable deployment plans for healthcare technology solutions

+ Lead implementation efforts across corporate, division, and facility levels

+ Identify and escalate risks or issues to the right stakeholders

+ Use critical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve challenges

+ Coordinate communication across project teams

+ Partner with the Education Team to create training materials and support resources

+ Deliver engaging training sessions to end users

+ Share project updates with leadership and contribute to best practices for future rollouts

What qualifications you will need:

+ Bachelor’s degree - Required

+ 1+ year of experience in healthcare technology implementations - Preferred

+ Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration skills, and presentation skills

+ A passion for improving healthcare through technology

Location/Schedule:

+ Remote – U.S.

+ Must live relatively close to a major airport

Travel Required:

+ This role requires frequent travel (76% or more) to support on-site implementations and training at hospital locations throughout the U.S.

+ Travel is generally Monday - Thursday (no weekends)

+ Travel frequency is dependent on type of project, and may fluctuate/vary
