A part-time Nurse Practitioner position is available with Liberty Healthcare at the Stockley Center in Georgetown, DE.

The Stockley Center is state-of-the-art intermediate care facility which provides a wide array of services to adults who are living with physical and developmental disabilities.

As a Nurse Practitioner your responsibilities will include:

+ Patient evaluation through rounding

+ Conducting examinations and performing diagnostic tests

+ Providing preventive care and treating acute and chronic health conditions

+ Developing treatment plans

+ Prescribing medications

+ Collaborating with the facility's Medical Director, nursing team, and ancillary staff

+ Actively participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings

As a Nurse Practitioner and full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare you can expect:

You are a good fit for this position if you are licensed in Delaware as a Nurse Practitioner and have proficiency in diagnosing, treating and managing acute and chronic health conditions for adults.
