    We’re looking for a motivated Investment Analyst to join our team at Coldstream Wealth Management. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with our Chief Investment Officer and the Investment Strategy Group (ISG) — the team behind Coldstream’s investment direction.

    This is a hybrid role, working in our Bellevue office 2 days per week; the other days can be worked remotely or in the office with other team members. During the training period (first month or so) there may be additional days in the Seattle or Mercer Island office, training with the previous Analyst.

    You will contribute by:

    Supporting ISG:

    + Providing research and analysis to assist in asset allocation and manager selection decisions

    + Updating economic and market metrics and presenting them to the team

    + Assisting in the preparation and organization of quarterly webcasts

    + Performing attribution analysis on model portfolios

    + Preparing data sheets for internal SMAs

    + Scheduling, attending, and documenting meetings with mutual fund, SMA, and private fund managers

    + Researching mutual funds in various asset classes

    + Participating in the ongoing monitoring of mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and private funds

    + Serving as the liaison with asset managers’ investor relations staff

    + Attending ISG and various committee meetings, creating and distributing meeting minutes

    + Ensuring that due diligence efforts are properly documented and distributed

    Working with the CIO:

    + Preparing quarterly investment outlook presentations

    + Collaborating with the Wealth Strategy Group to implement a combined vision and ensure consistency in investment-related communications

    Required Experience:

    + A Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field

    + 1-2 years of experience as an analyst with an RIA, asset manager, consulting firm, or similar

    + Series 65 (waived if you have the CFA); CFA or progress towards CFA is strongly preferred

    + 1-2 years of trading experience is strongly preferred; experience with Tamarac is a plus

    + High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines independently

    + Experience with Bloomberg and/or Morningstar is preferred

    + Knowledge of private investments is a bonus
