    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant in Technology as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology. This Candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to interface with team members as well as business stakeholders of all levels. They should also have strong organizational skills and be able to manage several complex, high priority projects concurrently. Candidate should have data and analytics skills, including SQL and Excel/VBA. Candidate should have advanced knowledge of traded financial products, specifically over-the-counter derivatives. Candidate must exhibit strong knowledge of concepts like Credit Risk, Market Risk, Collateral, XVA (x-Valuation Adjustments), PFE (Potential Future Exposure) and Value-at-Risk (VaR)

    In this role, you will:

    + Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams

    + Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives

    + Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives

    + Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements

    + Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions

    + Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables

    + Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems

    + Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams

    Required Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    + 5+ years of work experience working within Capital Markets Technology / Credit or Market Risk Technology / Collateral technology domains

    + 5+ years working within Agile software development environments

    + 3+ years of experience working as a PM/BA with development teams using Java, C#, Python

    + 3+ years of SQL experience

    Desired Qualifications:

    + 3+ years working as a subject matter expert in OTC derivatives, XVA (x-valuation adjustments), Credit Risk, Market Risk, PFE (Potential Future Exposure)

    + Knowledge of regulations like FRTB, Basel III, MIFID, etc

    + Jira and Confluence experience

    Pay Range

     

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

     

    $106,300.00 - $206,100.00
