What You-ll Do:
+ Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client-s home
+ Use behavior intervention techniques to build communication, daily living, and social skills
+ Record data and track progress using a mobile device
+ Work closely with our clinical team and the child-s family to support their goals
+ Help create a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment
Qualifications:
+ Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Speech-Language Pathology, Education, Psychology, or related program
+ Passion for working with children with autism or communication delays
+ Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility
+ Reliable transportation within Queens
+ Willingness to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course (paid training included)
+ 6-month minimum commitment
Ideal Experience (not required):
+ Working with children in any capacity (babysitting, tutoring, camp, classroom)
+ Exposure to non-verbal communication tools or speech/language strategies
+ Interest in special education, ABA therapy, or clinical practice
