About the Role
As a CBRE Fleet Coordinator, you will supervise the coordination of fleet vehicle maintenance, repair, inventory, and driver inquiries.
What You’ll Do
• Assist in providing general hospitality services.
• Assist in building operation management including visitor building access.
• Employee parking distribution management.
• Request building and equipment maintenance services.
• Assist Learning Center team in meeting and event needs including room set-up, basic tech support and other tasks as needed.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need
+ High School Diploma or General Education Diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
+ An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
+ Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
+ Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
+ Dynamic knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mentality.
+ General math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
