    As a Supplier Compliance Intern, you will assist in ensuring that our suppliers adhere to the company's compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines. This role provides exposure to various aspects of the supply chain and compliance processes, offering valuable experience for students pursuing a career in procurement, supply chain management, or business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Supplier Documentation & Verification: Assist in collecting and verifying supplier documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

    + Audit Support: Support the preparation and execution of supplier audits, including data collection, documentation review, and report preparation.

    + Compliance Tracking: Assist in tracking and monitoring supplier compliance performance using internal systems and tools.

    + Reporting & Analysis: Help prepare compliance reports and performance metrics for internal stakeholders, highlighting any potential compliance risks or issues.

    + Data Entry & Database Management: Input and maintain accurate data in the supplier compliance database, ensuring up-to-date and organized records.

    + Research: Assist in researching industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure supplier compliance programs are aligned with current laws and regulations.

    + Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, legal, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and compliance processes.

    + Other Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Supplier Compliance & Process Excellence team as needed.

    Qualifications:

    + Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field).

    + Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    + Ability to work independently and take initiative on tasks.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    + Basic knowledge of compliance, procurement, or supply chain processes is a plus, but not required.

    + Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.

    + Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

    **Physical Demands** : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
