    Hours - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in office 3-5 days per week

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Pricing Analyst will play a crucial role in developing effective pricing strategies by analyzing market and financial information to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability for accounts and products.

    OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Provide cross departmental support for internal and external inquiries related to pricing and contracts for assigned customers.

    + Develop pricing analytics for all pricing queries related to assigned customers.

    + Manage day to day pricing requests and periodic RFPs for assigned customers.

    + Ensure pricing accuracy in customer letters, ERP and CRM systems.

    + Assist in periodic reviews of current pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

    + Assist in the preparation and distribution of pricing proposals, documents and notifications.

    + Assist in the maintenance of the pricing inbox.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    Education

    + Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Economics) or 2+ years of equivalent work experience

    Experience

    + 1+ years prior experience in pharmaceutical pricing preferred

    + 2+ years prior experience in rebate or gross to net analysis

     

    Knowledge and Skills

     

    + Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Must be detail oriented and organized.

    + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Model N and other similar systems.

    + Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member, helping wherever is needed.

    + Must have a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines and the ability to work well under pressure.

    + Must have the ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including senior management and external customers.

     

    Physical demands and abilities

     

    + The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.

    + The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office

    + Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day.

    + The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds
