About the Role

As a Per Diem Rehab Services Technician, you'll assist licensed therapists in delivering exceptional care and support to our outpatient rehab patients. You'll help set up treatment areas, provide hands-on support during therapy sessions, and contribute to the smooth operation of the department by performing occasional clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and assist patients for therapy sessions.

+ Help therapists during treatments, including aquatic therapy (if applicable).

+ Maintain clean and safe treatment environments and monitor equipment.

+ Support front desk operations in the absence of the Rehab Secretary (with training).

+ Place reminder calls for new patient appointments and assist with follow-up communications.

+ Track and restock supplies, sanitize equipment, and monitor pool chemical levels (if applicable).

+ Deliver age-appropriate care to neonate through geriatric patients.

+ Requirements:

+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Experience: 1–3 years preferred; healthcare experience a plus.

+ CPR Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire.

+ Ability to lift 30 lbs independently and 150 lbs with assistance.

+ Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
