Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Analyst to join a fintech organization in a long-term contract role. This position focuses on reviewing marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Based in San Francisco, California, this opportunity allows you to work remotely while contributing your expertise in consumer compliance and financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed reviews of marketing materials to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws, including Reg E and Reg Z.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Slack, JIRA, and Figma to streamline compliance processes.

• Identify and address potential regulatory risks, ensuring adherence to UDAAP principles.

• Utilize auditing and compliance software to analyze and report on marketing practices.

• Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements specific to fintech organizations.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance reviews and findings.

• Offer insights to improve marketing strategies while upholding regulatory standards.

• Stay updated on changes in consumer compliance regulations and apply them effectively.

• Work independently to meet deadlines while managing multiple compliance review projects.

• Ensure alignment with organizational policies and regulatory expectations throughout all marketing initiatives. Requirements • Proven experience in compliance roles within fintech organizations.

• Strong knowledge of consumer protection regulations, including Reg E, Reg Z, and UDAAP.

• Proficiency in tools such as Slack, JIRA, and Figma for collaboration and workflow management.

• Familiarity with compliance and auditing software.

• Exceptional analytical skills to identify regulatory risks and provide effective solutions.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• A detail-oriented approach to ensure thorough and accurate compliance reviews.
