    Key Responsibilities:

    • Resolve issues for office and field staff related to desktops, hardware, software, phones, iPads, laptops.

    • Asset management, employee provisioning, and vendor coordination.

    • Microsoft Office support and assistance with the ERP transition.

    • Five days onsite with occasional day travel for IT projects at other locations.

    What You Bring:

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience

    • 5+ years of Desktop, Helpdesk, Software, Hardware, Phones, Laptops and peripheral device support.

    • A plus: system, network, security administration.

    • Self-starter mindset in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent communication, attention to detail and customer service skills.
