Description We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee all facets of our construction business in Mead, Nebraska. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive operational efficiency, spearhead sales initiatives, and align company strategies with our core values of integrity, teamwork, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering growth, building strong relationships, and guiding a team to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

• Champion the company’s mission, vision, and values in all aspects of leadership and decision-making.

• Oversee sales, marketing, operations, customer service, safety, and administrative functions to ensure organizational success.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the client base and optimize pricing and margins.

• Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.

• Drive operational excellence by establishing policies, monitoring production, and ensuring product quality.

• Collaborate with leadership to set financial and sales goals, prepare budgets, and manage profitability.

• Lead and inspire the team to meet operational and financial objectives while promoting a collaborative work culture.

• Monitor market trends and competitive activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

• Provide regular updates and reports on sales, financial metrics, and operational performance.

• Actively engage in community-building efforts to strengthen stakeholder relationships and improve internal processes. Requirements • Proven experience in general management, with a strong background in sales, operations, and leadership.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tools for budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and pricing models.

• Strong communication and networking skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of operational optimization techniques and production processes.

• Experience with financial planning, gross margin analysis, and budget management.

• Commitment to fostering a high-performance culture rooted in integrity, respect, and teamwork.

• Ability to adapt to industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
