    Minimum Starting Salary: $54,000, increase commensurate with experience

     

    Anticipated Start Date: September 2, 2025

     

    Position Information: Full Time, 10 Month Position, follows school calendar. This position will work directly with new teachers through structured coaching sessions.

     

    Paid Time off: School holidays off, snow days off, 15 sick days, 4 personal leave days and 3 bereavement days per occurrence

     

    Retirement System: New York State Teacher’s Retirement System (NYSTRS)

     

    Health Insurance: 15% of premiums paid by employee. BOCES pays 85% of premium.

     

    + CEWW health insurance consortium is the same as 15 local school districts.

    Job Qualifications

    Requirements for position: NYSED Special Education Teacher (SWD) Permanent/Professional Certification, 7 years of experience teaching Special Education preferred, documented experience as an Educational Coach, Mentor, Coordinator or Department Chair preferred
