Responsibilities:

+ Analyze and interpret financial, commercial, and sales data using statistical techniques to provide actionable insights.

+ Manage daily operations of sales-related applications (e.g., Salesforce, Quote Writer) and ensure data accuracy.

+ Develop systems and tools to track sales performance and salesperson effectiveness.

+ Compile and validate financial data for accurate sales team payouts, including commissions.

+ Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to create standardized and automated reports as needed.

+ Manage data integrity in analytics software and optimize data collection methods.

+ Provide regular reports to Commercial and Finance teams, offering insights to guide strategic decision-making.

+ Support month-end close processes and participate in interdepartmental projects as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting strongly preferred.

+ 2+ years of experience in commercial financial analysis or relevant work.

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and statistical analysis techniques.

+ Exposure to the manufacturing industry is preferred, but not required.
