Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Irving, Texas. This role involves providing essential support to attorneys in areas such as contracts, transactions, regulatory matters, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to exercise independent judgment within the scope of their responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review various contracts and agreements, including physician agreements, vendor contracts, and real estate documents, under the supervision of an attorney.

• Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare concise summaries of findings.

• Coordinate and prepare due diligence materials for transactions and manage closing activities with escrow agents and transaction parties.

• Independently draft joint venture, merger, and acquisition documentation using existing templates, in coordination with supervising attorneys.

• Prepare and update contract templates, policies, and other legal documents as directed.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives within the legal department, including areas such as contract management, policy development, and legal operations.

• Draft corporate resolutions, board presentations, and revisions to organizational documents such as bylaws.

• Manage employment claims and ensure proper documentation in databases.

• Collaborate with regional contract administrators to ensure timely execution and proper storage of contracts within the contract management system.

• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Requirements • Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• At least 5 years of relevant paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.

• Proficiency in tools such as Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software.

• Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Proactive approach to problem prevention and resolution.

• Attention to detail and consistent follow-through on projects and issues.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while exercising discretion and sound decision-making.
