Looking for a motivated accounting professional committed to ongoing professional development, whether through a CPA, CMA, or MBA. This hands-on Accounting Manager role requires strong expertise in audit, tax, margin analysis, pricing strategy, financial statement review, forecasting, and cost optimization. The position is integral to driving strategic decisions by delivering accurate financial reporting and actionable insights, while working closely with operations, sales, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the preparation of annual fiscal plans and monthly financial statements

+ Oversee monthly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated reporting

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies

+ Prepare audit schedules and manage year-end audit and tax processes

+ Supervise Accounts Payable and Financial Analysis functions

+ Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities

+ Maintain and support financial reporting tools within ERP systems

+ Monitor AP/AR processes for compliance with company standards

+ Participate in cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

+ Perform additional tasks as needed to support business goals

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

+ Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in accounting or financial management

+ Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP principles

+ Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

+ CPA, CMA, or MBA

+ 3+ years of leadership experience

+ Experience with ERP systems

+ Knowledge of IT infrastructure as it relates to financial systems

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.

• Strong knowledge of core accounting functions, including audit processes, budgeting, and cash flow analysis.

• Demonstrated ability to handle month-end close procedures and prepare accurate financial reports.

• Experience in forecasting, margin analysis, and cost optimization strategies.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in financial reporting and reconciliation.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with financial compliance standards and corporate policies.
