    Description

    + Support Sales Managers with administrative tasks

    + Manage group bookings and prepare sales proposals

    + Handle RFPs and coordinate responses

    + Maintain client databases and track sales activities

    + Schedule site tours and prepare collateral for client meetings

    + Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

    + Assist in planning and executing sales events and promotions

    + Liaise between departments to ensure smooth guest experiences for group bookings

    + Monitor inventory and room blocks

    + Draft and process contracts and addendums

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Delphi software and other relevant tools.
