Description We are looking for a Treasury Analyst/Assistant Treasurer to join our team in Melville, New York. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, manage key treasury activities, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization through strategic financial management and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of Special Purpose Entity activities, including commercial paper issuance, foreign exchange swaps, interest rate derivatives, and investment operations.

• Coordinate fund transfers in line with program waterfall requirements to ensure accurate and timely execution.

• Support internal accounting teams by ensuring accurate posting of daily ledger transactions and assisting with month-end profit/loss reconciliation.

• Monitor, verify, and reconcile all asset and liability positions to maintain financial accuracy.

• Create and distribute detailed performance and analytical reports to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with management to identify and implement operational efficiencies and procedural improvements.

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and manage effective funding strategies.

• Handle the settlement of interest and fees, as well as payment of vendor invoices. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and reporting.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar enterprise resource planning systems.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and functions.

• Demonstrated ability to reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.

• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and best practices.

• Ability to analyze financial statements and provide actionable insights.

• Background in auditing and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
