Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Irvine, California. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing tax preparation, and supporting strategic financial planning. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for a wide range of partnerships and disregarded entities.

• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes and minimize liabilities.

• Maintain precise financial records to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.

• Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.

• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for strategic planning and forecasting.

• Perform double-entry bookkeeping to maintain the integrity of general ledger accounts.

• Draft comprehensive financial reports for presentation to management and executive teams.

• Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis to ensure financial accuracy.

• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to execute various accounting functions efficiently. Requirements • At least 5 years of accounting experience with a focus on detail, including tax preparation and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in tools such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP.

• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

• Excellent written communication skills for preparing clear and concise financial reports.

• Experience with account reconciliation, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Knowledge of general ledger processes and month-end close procedures.
