    We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Specialist to join a growing insurance company in West Des Moines, Iowa. This is a Contract to permanent position designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

    • Assist customers with benefit-related functions, billing inquiries, and general account management.

    • Handle inbound calls and ensure customers receive accurate and helpful information.

    • Utilize CRM software to maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

    • Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.

    • Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and tools, ensuring efficiency in daily operations.

    • Maintain a high level of accuracy and organization when working with various computer programs.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer success role.

    • Strong proficiency in using CRM systems and other related software.

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
