Description

We are looking for a dedicated Estate Planning and/or Probate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our boutique law firm client's team in Las Vegas, Nevada (Summerlin area). The ideal candidate will handle a mix of transactional estate planning matters and litigation related to probate and trust administration. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and LLC formations, with some flexibility for remote work when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.

• Advise clients on legal strategies for estate planning and tax implications.

• Handle contested matters in probate and trust administration litigation.

• Assist with the formation and structuring of business entities such as LLCs.

• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

• Collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions for their unique estate planning needs.

• Manage and prioritize multiple cases using case management software.

• Represent clients in court or mediation for probate-related disputes.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation using document management tools.

• Stay updated on changes in estate planning, probate, and tax laws.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in the state of Nevada (will consider applicants with other State licensures).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, or related areas.

• Proficiency in case and document management software.

• Strong understanding of estate planning tools and probate procedures.

• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.

• Experience in civil litigation or tax law is a plus.
