Description
Our esteemed client is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Simsbury, Connecticut. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key HR functions, including benefits administration, compliance, and auditing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems and tools, with a focus on streamlining workforce operations.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Perform audits of HR records and processes to maintain accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems to support payroll and workforce tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance communication and improve HR workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all HR functions.
• Provide support for talent acquisition processes, leveraging ATS tools effectively.
• Manage CRM systems to maintain accurate employee data and improve reporting capabilities.
• Assist in resolving employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and other HR matters.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize HR operations and improve efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to support organizational goals and workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements • Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and HR auditing processes.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and CRM systems for workforce management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Solid understanding of benefit functions and payroll administration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in financial services or related industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in Ceridian and other HR software tools is a plus. TalentMatch®
