    Key Responsibilities:

    + Excel Expertise: Utilize advanced knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and reporting tools to manage and analyze data effectively.

    + Extensive Account Reconciliation: Perform detailed account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.

    + AR Reconciliation & Problem Solving: Address challenges in accounts receivable with innovative problem-solving methods and proactive identification of discrepancies.

    + Data Analytics: Leverage data analysis tools to identify trends and insights that optimize financial operations.

    + Testing of System Functionality: Assist in testing processes within billing operations and related systems to maintain service quality and reliability.

    + Billing Operations: Oversee billing activities, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

    + Credit Card Information Management: Follow security protocols to manage sensitive credit card information responsibly.

    + Suspended Analytics on AR: Evaluate suspended accounts receivable analytics to determine the next steps for resolution.

    + Month-End/Beginning of Month Overtime: Support financial operations during critical periods, including end-of-month and beginning-of-month workloads.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in financial operations and reconciliations.

    + High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.

    + Solid understanding of accounts receivable processes and data analytics principles.

    + Experience managing billing operations and testing system functionality for user reliability.

    + Effective problem-solving and communication skills to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflows.

    + Strong attention to detail while handling sensitive credit card information securely.

    + Availability to work overtime during peak financial reporting periods.
