We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our manufacturing team in Frankfort, Kentucky. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance processes. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.

• Manage benefits administration, including 401(k) reporting and ensuring accurate data handling.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, addressing any HR-related legal requirements.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other HCM systems to maintain employee records and streamline processes.

• Lead recruitment efforts, including attracting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Prepare and analyze HR reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Facilitate communication between employees and management to address concerns and improve engagement.

• Train and guide staff on HR-related matters, ensuring adherence to organizational standards.

• Monitor and support performance management practices across departments.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management within a manufacturing or similar industry.

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other HCM platforms.

• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and employee relations practices.

• Demonstrated experience with benefits administration, including 401(k) plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff.

• Ability to analyze and interpret HR data using tools such as Excel.

• Familiarity with recruitment processes, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
