Description We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation cases, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated in court.

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide informed counsel to clients.

• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to develop case strategies and solutions.

• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

• Analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to clients.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in litigation matters.

• Negotiate settlements and agreements, aiming for favorable outcomes for clients.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive arguments during court proceedings.

• Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and developments. Requirements • Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial litigation.

• Demonstrated excellence in legal writing and drafting.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze challenges and implement effective solutions.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in a dynamic environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Proficiency in case management and legal document software.

• Commitment to maintaining professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.
