    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Urbandale, Iowa. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members while working in a collaborative and innovative environment. This is an on-site role where you will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive leadership team committed to your growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently over the phone.

    • Compose clear and well-constructed responses to customer correspondence, both written and verbal, using appropriate reference materials.

    • Request and gather missing or additional information from customers when necessary.

    • Assist customers in troubleshooting website navigation issues and resolving basic website errors.

    • Handle policy-related questions and assist with renewal processes.

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry tasks.

    • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Teams, to support daily operations.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years in the customer service industry

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.

    • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

    • Adaptability and willingness to adjust to changes in a dynamic work environment.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    • Openness to coaching and constructive feedback.

    • Previous experience in call centers is preferred.
