    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented REMOTE Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team in Reading, Pennsylvania. This is a short term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will excel in managing invoicing, collections, and financial analysis while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with company policies.

    • Analyze aging reports to monitor outstanding balances and prioritize collection efforts.

    • Resolve discrepancies through effective communication with both internal teams and external customers.

    • Contact clients to facilitate timely payments and address any billing concerns.

    • Utilize SAP and other accounting software to manage financial transactions.

    • Perform advanced data analysis using Excel to support reporting and decision-making.

    • Maintain organized records of accounts receivable activities to ensure compliance and transparency.

    • Collaborate with various departments to streamline billing and collection processes.

    • Identify areas for improvement in accounts receivable operations and propose solutions.

    • Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status for management review.

    Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.

     

    • Proficiency in SAP and other accounting software systems.

    • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.

    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries.

    • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial documentation.
