A busy company in the Florham Park area is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their growing organization. This Warehouse Manager will play a pivotal part in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and seamless distribution. This Warehouse Manager will be a key leader, supervising warehouse staff, enforcing safety standards, and managing logistical processes to optimize workflow. The ideal Warehouse Manager will have experience coming out of a logistics or 3PL and have prior experience managing warehouse staff. Other responsibilities of this Warehouse Manager will include but not be limited to:
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring adherence to all warehousing, handling, & shipping regulations
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, etc. to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Developing/implementing operational policies and procedures
• Strategically managing the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision
• Managing stock control and ensuring accuracy in inventory
• Recruiting, training, and mentoring warehouse employees
• Planning/managing employee schedules and evaluate performance outcomes
• Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.
This Warehouse Manager position is paying between $90,000 and $120,000 annually depending on experience. If interested in this Warehouse Manager role apply today!
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3PL warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking tools.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, including import/export regulations and distribution processes.
• Experience in conducting annual inventory checks and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and optimize warehouse space effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise and collaborate with team members.
• Commitment to enforcing safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness standards.
