    Key Responsibilities

    + Strategic Management Tools: Leverage tools like SPERT, ZMDelinq, and Lights (SAP) to ensure timely delivery of service parts.

    + Supplier collaboration: Engage with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts to manage and optimize part supply for your portfolio.

    + Track Metrics for Excellence: Monitor performance metrics including FILL rate, On-Time Delivery, FLASH/Backorder Cycle Time, and Past Due orders.

     

    Work Schedule and Details

     

    Standard 1st shift (6 AM - 5 PM). No overtime so you can enjoy work-life balance.

     

    Start onsite from day one – collaborate face-to-face, build connections, and learn hands-on.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.

    Experience:

    + 3+ years in planning or related fields (bonus if you’ve worked with Deere before!).

    + Open to promising recent graduates ready to contribute and learn.

    + Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) with quick learning abilities.

    + SAP experience is a plus, but if not, training will set you up for success.

    + Clear, effective communication both written and verbal.

    + Reliable personal transportation for occasional meetings across Waterloo sites.
