Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team in Hinsdale, Illinois. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing billing processes, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering financial excellence.
Responsibilities: • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation is included and accurate. • Reconcile receipts, expense reports, and other financial statements to maintain precise records. • Create detailed financial estimates and oversee the management of multiple budgets. • Develop customized financial reports tailored to specific requirements. • Utilize Excel to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports. • Collaborate with team members to ensure billing processes align with organizational standards. • Address and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. • Assist in maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Leverage accounting software systems to streamline billing operations.

• A background in billing, finance, or administrative support, with a proven track record of success.
• Familiarity with accounting software systems and computerized billing processes.
