    AR/Collections Specialist with AP Experience

     

    Anna Parson at Robert Half is seeking a motivated, well-spoken, and eager Accounts Receivable (AR) / Collections Specialist for an exciting opportunity! If you're an exceptional communicator with a knack for problem-solving and possess strong Excel skills, we want to hear from you!

    As the AR/Collections Specialist, you will:

    + Manage and oversee AR processes, including collections and account reconciliation.

    + Handle business-to-business collections with professionalism and persistence.

    + Reconcile customer accounts and participate in AR Aging meetings

    + Build strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments.

    + Collaborate with customers, sales and project managers to resolve outstanding invoices.

    + Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) processes as needed.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Candidates with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    + Experience in AR/Collections with some AP knowledge.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis are a plus!).

    + A detail-oriented problem solver with a team-first attitude.

    + A motivated professional eager to contribute and grow with the organization.
