    What You’ll Be Doing:

    As a Finance Clerk, you’ll support a range of financial functions and ensure seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

     

    + Assisting with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and account reconciliation.

    + Managing invoices and payments to keep accounts up to date.

    + Preparing reports and summaries to support decision-making and financial planning.

    + Collaborating closely with the accounting and finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

    + Responding promptly to vendor and internal inquiries related to accounts payable or receivable.

    + Maintaining digital and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval.

    Requirements

    + Previous experience in finance, accounting, or clerical roles preferred (1–2 years).

    + Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

    + Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.

    + A positive attitude and ability to adapt in a team-oriented environment.
