Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Leetsdale, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing the accounts payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Responsibilities:

• Process invoices daily, ensuring accurate data entry into the system.

• Prepare and execute payments, including wires and checks, under the guidance of the Accounting Manager.

• Collaborate with the purchasing team to address open purchase requisitions and resolve discrepancies.

• Reconcile accounts payable balances with the general ledger on a monthly basis.

• Conduct regular reviews and follow-ups on un-invoiced receipts to ensure timely resolution.

• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for all transactions, including stock items.

• Maintain organized records by scanning, printing, and filing vendor invoices.

• Generate detailed reports related to accounts payable transactions.

• Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements

• At least one year of experience in accounts payable; education may substitute for experience in some cases.

• Familiarity with manufacturing environments is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.

• Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
