Accounts Payable Specialist – Real Estate Industry

Anna Parson at Robert Half is seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for one of our real estate clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in high-volume, multiple-entity environments and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced setting with an Excellent Work/Life Balance!!!

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:

+ Handle the full cycle of accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, and reporting.

+ Manage high-volume invoice workflows across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

+ Collaborate with other departments to address invoice discrepancies, vendor inquiries, and payment approvals.

+ Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

+ Process weekly ACH, check, and wire payments in alignment with established schedules.

+ Support the month-end close process by reconciling accounts and preparing relevant documentation.

Requirements

+ Proven experience in accounts payable full-cycle processing within a fast-paced and high-volume environment (real estate industry experience preferred).

+ Familiarity with multiple-entity accounting structures.

+ Advanced proficiency using accounting software.

+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and internal stakeholder interactions.
