Description Join a thriving and collaborative team as a Part-Time Bookkeeper! We're looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable detail oriented who can manage various tasks in a fast-paced office environment. This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to design your hours around other commitments, while ensuring availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to support payroll operations. Key Responsibilities: Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records. Perform payroll-related duties on specific days (Tuesday and Wednesday). Assist with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger tasks. Manage various office responsibilities, demonstrating the ability to “wear many hats” as needed. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and support overall business operations. Location: On Site - Fort Wayne, IN (southwest) Hours: Part-Time, approximately 24 hours/week Schedule: Flexible days and hours to fit your availability, excluding Tuesdays and Wednesdays for payroll-specific tasks Requirements Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience working as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks. A flexible and adaptable mindset.
