Description We are looking for a detail-oriented AR Administrator to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will manage accounts receivable processes, maintain precise financial records, and support billing operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of accounting practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.

• Reconcile financial discrepancies by reviewing and analyzing account statements.

• Prepare and process invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Oversee billing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP to maintain financial records.

• Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing or payment issues.

• Generate reports related to accounts receivable and provide insights to support decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in financial processes.

• Assist with other administrative accounting tasks as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable management or a similar accounting role.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with invoice processing and account reconciliation.

• Ability to handle billing operations with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
