As a **Security Officer - CRE Lobby** in **Englewood Cliffs, NJ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Front Desk Security Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will be stationed at the main entrance, greeting visitors and assisting tenants while monitoring access to the building. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents and supports a welcoming environment. You will utilize computer or tablet systems for visitor management and maintain clear communication with building staff. Our team values reliability, innovation, and a people-first approach, working together with integrity to provide exceptional service to everyone entering the premises.

Pay Rate: $21.22 / Hour

Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Responsibilities:

+ Greet and assist visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk, providing a welcoming and professional presence.

+ Carry out security procedures and site-specific policies related to access control and visitor management for a commercial real estate location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.

+ Maintain accurate logs and records of visitors, deliveries, and security-related incidents as required by site procedures.

+ Communicate with building management and emergency services when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 2 years of security experience is required.

+ Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ New Jersey Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

+ A valid guard card or security license is preferred.

+ Experience in loss prevention is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
