**Job Title:** Director, Pricing and Contracting Optimization- Vaccines

About the Job

The **Director, Pricing & Contracting Optimization** is to develop and build the future state operating model for the US Vaccines Pricing & Contracting Team. The Pricing & Contracting team was re-designed last year to drive end to end ownership of the pricing process from Strategy development to Reporting and Operations/Execution. As such, the business process to execute end to end needs to be developed and implemented to improve efficiency, enhance strategic capabilities, optimize use of team resources, and create a positive customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

+ Map out current state operating model, including business processes, workflows, governance, and forums to set a baseline for change.

+ Re-Design and implement future state Pricing & Contracting operating model working in concert with the pricing strategy team, reporting team, and operations team.

+ Build comprehensive institutional knowledge repository to drive a learning organization

+ Drive executional excellence across key Market Access priorities and serve as chief of staff to the Head of Pricing & Contracting

+ Explore new data sources, tools, and methodologies to keep pace with market shifts and business needs

About You

You are an intellectually curious person with a growth mindset and looking to development as a leader in the organization. You possess:

+ A track record of improving operational processes and enhancing efficiencies through automation and optimization

+ Strong coordination skills to bridge strategic planning and operational execution

+ Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without authority and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.

+ Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill actionable insights.

+ Experience working in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment with a focus on outcomes.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute projects under pressure, ensuring timely delivery.

+ 7+ years of experience in either

+ Vaccines or Pharmaceutical experience in pricing, contracting, operations, marketing, account management or types of strategy roles

+ Other industries with a focus on process/workflow optimization and efficiency like Consulting, Tech, Banking, Logistics/Supply Chain, etc.

+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

The salary range for this position is:

$172,500.00 - $287,500.00

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
