    **Job Title:** EIAM Operations Analyst II

    **Location:** Corporate

    **Department:** Information Technology

    **Job Summary** **:** The Enterprise Identity & Access Management Operations Analyst II will document and follow all processes and procedures necessary to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of Wawa’s computing systems and data are maintained. Utilize Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tooling for day-to-day operations. Manage and fulfill user access requests, perform incident management related to complex account and access issues. Perform attestation campaigns for privileged access reviews.

    Principal Duties:

    + Act as a subject matter expert in Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM) operations. Manage incident and request ticket queue and write support procedures for tier 1 teams to increase 1st contact resolutions.

    + Act as a tier 2 escalation point for EIAM issues. Assess, triage, and resolve complex issues that occur with both end users’ access and system level exceptions. Provide oversight and ensure proper escalation of all access and identity incidents.

    + Represent the EIAM Operations team in cross-functional support operations.

    + Support the EIAM Operations Supervisor by generating reports on incident trends and identifying potential problems requiring tier 3 escalation.

    + Assist in the development and adherence to policies and procedures associated with support, request fulfillment, and training.

    + Research, evaluate and stay current on IAM technologies. Maintain skills and capabilities through education, training, and hands-on experience.

    + Provide assistance in improving operational & support activities to meet established service level agreements.

    + Assist in evaluating access solutions and make recommendations based on business or operational requirements.

    + Comply with policies and procedures for account administration functions including account requests, role management, role changes, account reviews and termination procedures.

    + Implement access roles in the IGA tool and SAP to standardize access profiles for teams of people and maintain least privilege principle.

    + Investigate business role requests through review of job function alignment with access control request.

    + Manage and administer privileged access and sharing of secrets via IGA and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tooling

    + Establish procedures for off hours support of account administration for tier one and tier two teams.

    + Process new hire access requests. Establish and maintain procedures for onboarding new Associates and contingent workers.

    + Initiate and oversee Attestations of privileged access. Generate reports for audit review.

    + Collect supporting documentation and evidence in response to PCI and internal audit requests.

    + Identify incident trends and raise awareness to engineering teams and EIAM Ops leadership and for problem resolution.

    + Follow all change control procedures for any changes to production systems.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in MIS or computer related discipline from an accredited college or university or related experience preferred

    + 3 or more years of experience with Active Directory, account administration and information security

    + Technical understanding of MS Windows Domain Account and access controls

    + Knowledge of SAP ERP preferred

    + Experience working with an IGA tool (Saviynt preferred)

    + Experience working in an IT support role in an enterprise environment

    + Proficient in MS Office, advanced experience with MS Excel

    + Experience working in an ITSM tool for incident management and/or request fulfillment (ServiceNow preferred)
