    The Senior Coordinator requires a motivated and eager individual who is detail oriented and can multi-task while maintaining data integrity. This role will be responsible for a variety of daily production tasks that support Finance Member Payments operation team.

     

    The individual must have strong reading comprehension, good writing skills and be articulate when speaking on the phone. In addition, Senior Coordinator must be able to read hand-written cursive correspondence.

     

    The Senior Coordinator is responsible for process incoming mail, process reissue requests and research audits. Senior Coordinator will assist with high dollar post payment audits, custom client processing/reporting and research projects. Senior Coordinator will be required to understand and maintain proper documentation related to payment request. This position will interact with both internal and external customers at all levels and must be willing to build good working relationships with others.

     

    This entry level position is part of our Financial Payment Operations department which is fast paced and interacts with several areas of the company and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

    Required Qualifications:

    + 1+ years of finance experience required.

    + 1+ years of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 3 or more years’ experience in Finance

    + Ability to meet deadlines, organize documents, communicate effectively and follow standardized procedures.

    + Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word.

    + Experience with SAP, Rx Claim, PeopleSafe, Compass and Salesforce a plus.

    Education:

    + Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $18.50 - $35.29

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
