Job Summary
Overall Experience of 5 + Years in salesforce CRM-Sales, Service and Health Cloud and current role as Developer.
Responsibilities
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Respond to and resolve incidents impacting the Salesforce environment, ensuring minimal disruption to users and business processes.
+ Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce platform, including bugs, performance problems, and integration issues.
+ Monitor the health and performance of the Salesforce production environment, identifying potential issues before they impact users.
+ Work closely with other teams, including development, business analysts, and end-users, to understand issues, gather requirements, and implement solutions.
+ Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce releases and upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition for users.
+ Test and validate new features, customizations, and integrations to ensure they function correctly.
Certifications Required
Salesforce Certified Administrator
S** **alary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until Jun 30, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
