    Adecco is recruiting for multiple **Machine Operator** positions with a client in Kirkville, NY. These are **temp-to-hire** positions, paying **$16-17/hour** depending on experience.

    Your Role: Machine Operator

    As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality precision parts that meet our customers' exacting standards. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on skills in a high-tech manufacturing environment, with the support of experienced mentors and a team-focused culture.

    What You’ll Do

    + Load raw material into production machines and keep equipment running smoothly.

    + Monitor machine operations and report irregularities to senior staff.

    + Inspect parts according to quality plans to ensure they meet customer specs.

    + Document quality checks and production data accurately in our system.

    + Communicate effectively across shifts to ensure seamless transitions.

    + Move finished parts to designated areas after confirming quality.

    + Support the team by keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe.

    Grow With Us

    + Learn to make minor tool adjustments to maintain part quality.

    + Receive training in blueprint reading, precision measuring tools, and statistical process control (SPC).

    + Develop skills in machine maintenance and tool sharpening.

    What You’ll Bring

    + A high school diploma or GED.

    + A strong desire to learn and grow within a manufacturing career.

    + Exposure to or interest in a factory or production environment.

    + Basic computer skills for data entry and printing routing cards.

    Physical Requirements

    + Able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

    + Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout your shift.

    + Able to bend, crouch, and reach to handle parts and machine components.

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
