    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Medical Assistant in Rockville Centre, New York! This role is in person / onsite. Please review the details below and apply with an updated resume.

     

    **Position Type** : Three-month contract, with opportunity for extension or fulltime offer

    **Schedule** : Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat – 9am to 6pm

    **Pay** : $22.30 to $24.30 per hour

    **Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant** :

    • Height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, O2, temperature, vitals

    • Hearing, vision screens

    • Phlebotomy- venipuncture

    • Run tests- FLU, Strep, RSV, COVID, Glucose, Urine, Pregnancy, Mono.

    • Nebulizer treatments

    • Call patients with results

    **Qualifications** **of the Medical Assistant** :

    • High school graduate or GED equivalent

    • Certified Medical Assistant

    • Phlebotomy experience
