Job Title: Wire EDM Operator/Programmer (Temp-to-Perm)
**Location:** Pepperell, MA
**Payrate:** $27 - $33/HR
**Job Type:** Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
About Us:
Adecco is partnering with a well-established, small manufacturing company known for precision tooling and component production. We are urgently seeking a skilled **Wire EDM Operator/Programmer** to join our team and support immediate production demands. This role offers a **temp-to-perm** path with strong potential for direct hire based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate and program **3 Wire EDM machines** using **Esprit CAM software**
+ Support both **tool repair** and **new tool production**
+ Utilize 2 pole poppers and other EDM-related equipment
+ Program from **solid models** using plug-and-play CAM software
+ Cut precision components for repairs and new builds
+ Perform **CNC machine setup and operation** as needed
+ Deliver high-quality, production-ready parts for customers
Tools & Environment:
+ **Software:** Esprit CAM, Solid model integration tools
+ **Machinery:** Wire EDM, pole poppers, CNC machines
+ **Workplace:** Small, collaborative team in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
+ Proven experience in **Wire EDM operation and programming**
+ Familiarity with **Esprit CAM** or similar software
+ Ability to interpret and work from solid models and part drawings
+ Experience with **CNC setup and operation** (preferred)
+ Versatile skillset and eagerness to grow in a cross-functional role
+ A team-oriented attitude and desire for long-term employment with a stable company
**Pay Details:** $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
